Mission Statement 

The Office of Academic Assessment (OAA) ensures that meaningful, reflective assessment occurs, where the university academic community is engaged in assessment best practices, and that evidence-guided improvement results from assessment efforts.

Academic Assessment

Every year, each degree-granting program at ERAU conducts assessment of student learning, evaluates the results, and uses this information to improve the student learning experience. The primary contact for this area is Tiffany Phagan.

Academic Program Review

Every degree-granting program at ERAU goes through a peer-critiqued program review at least once every 7-10 years, using feedback to improve the quality and rigor of program. The primary contact for this area is Lisa Kopp.
